I know what it's like to struggle with chronic pain and debilitating fatigue because I lived it. After developing fibromyalgia post-cancer, I was told to accept disability as my reality. Instead, I used psychology, organic food and holistic mind-body tools to go from housebound to hiking — and now I help others do the same.
During recovery, I studied MSc Psychology and became a certified nervous system trainer, learning to address root causes through natural approaches like clean nutrition, gentle movement, and evidence-based tools, including CBT and nervous system exercises for internal regulation.
Today, I support people with chronic health issues like pain, fatigue, and 'invisible' symptoms using methods that respect your energy and pace. This isn't about quick fixes — it's about creating lasting relief that doesn't fade.
